Jeff Lacasse testifies that during the week of June 11, Wendi’s TV was broken. He stated that it looked like someone had struck it with an object.

When asked about this birthday during Charlie’s trial, Wendi can’t remember anything significant about it, including any big gifts he received.
With her cell phone at or near her parents’ residence, Wendi texts Dan asking if he’ll be in Tallahassee July 14-18.

As Dan returns home from the gym, Luis Rivera pulls up behind him in the driveway, blocking Dan inside his garage.
11:02 a.m. - MARKEL’S neighbor calls 911
At around 12:31 p.m., Wendi Adelson left her residence to purchase alcohol for a “stock the bar” party and then meet friends for lunch at the Mosaic restaurant. Despite a shorter route being available, she drove south on Centerville Rd, which approximately doubled the length of the trip.
This is the first and only interview Wendi will give.

Magbanua stated while at Charles Adelson’s residence Charles Adelson was armed and acting frantic. Charles told her his mother and father had just left his residence and left money that his mom had washed.
After spending an hour and a half at Charlie’s, cell phone data shows Donna and Harvey in Orlando at 1:25am.
After spending the night, Katie leaves Charlie’s. She stated that the money was already placed in her trunk, washed and stapled in $1,000 stacks.
A memorial was held Sunday at Congregation Shomei Torah to remember him.

After Markel’s murder, Magbanua deposited a substantial sum of cash. In the month following the murder, she deposited over $13,000 in cash. The total cash deposited in the six weeks after the homicide exceeded her entire previous year’s deposits. These deposits, mostly made through ATMs, ranged from $300 to $2,000.
At the start of the school year, Wendi uses “Adelson” instead of “Markel” for the boys’ last name.
On this date, Wendi officially, legally changes the boys’ last name from Markel to Adelson.
Magbanua was found in possession and use of a 2001 Lexus LS430 sedan, initially registered to Harvey Adelson and formerly used by Charlie Adelson. On January 23, 2016, the car’s title was transferred to Magbanua, and she obtained a new license plate in her name
An undercover FBI agent posing as a Latin Kings gang member approached Donna Adelson outside her Miami condo and hinted that he wanted to be paid blackmail. He handed her an article about Markel’s murder with $5,000 written on it and a phone number to call.
After discussing The Bump on the phone, the co-conspirators meet to unravel things in person, where they can speak more comfortably.
